Best terrain on the whole mountain if your a lower intermediate or approaching intermediate. The humphreys pod is filled with great blues that beginners should try when compared to the upper mountain (tho logjam/wild turkey/round up should be fine too). Unfortunately this lift is sooo slow but it keeps the area relatively empty.
in a good year when the trees fill in, it’s fun for anyone.
its also a rare sweet spot where the terrain is fun enough for more advanced riders to not get bored, but still tame enough for more intermediate ones to actually ski together.
