This lift replaced the original Meadows lift which was the worlds first quad chair, built by Heron.

Is there a plaque for the worlds first quad chair or anything to memorize it?

with their announcement of Disciples 8, Boyne said they have plans to “upgrade” Meadows, along with 4 other lifts. I’m guessing that means a detachable since there is no point in replacing a Doppelmayr installed new 10 years ago. If that were to happen, the current lift would probably move to Boyneland or Superbowl, since they said both of those are getting upgrades as well.

With both Boyneland and Superbowl getting new replacements by Doppelmayr this year, I am thinking this might move over to Victor someday.

This lift should have been a detatchable quad when installed in 2008.

I looked at the length of this lift versus Ramshead, Victor, and Challenger (at the Highlands). This lift could replace any of those if they put up a detach on Meadows.
