It would be best to add a second lift back here from the same base to the top of Sunshine Peak to help spread people out, as the lift lines do get long but there is not that much lap-able terrain served by the lift. Hence, a second lift serving different terrain would really help.
Would it be possible and effective to make this a HSQ and make it longer so you have an another entrance from the top of Sunshine II when it gets built? Or is it not on Steamboats SUP or it’s too flat or it would cause too much skier traffic?
Is steamboat looking to replace this lift? I waited 25 minutes for this line and it was backed up very far. Also, are they looking to build another lift to the top of sundown express because what it morningside goes down, and it is a pain till get back to that area because of the angle the lift goes in?
I think that this lift should be a priority after Steamboat finishes Wild Blue Stage 2 and Pioneer since the lines can get backed up pretty far on crowded days. Steamboat should also build a second lift that ends at the top of Sunshine to further take stress off of morningside

The lines get pretty long on powder days but they probably won’t upgrade this lift unless they absolutely have to
