If one checks the list of maps at https://skimap.org/skiareas/view/118#maps-year-1990s, the 1990 map shows the t-bar going all the way up. But in the later maps (2000 is the next available one) the t-bar only goes halfway up. Additionally, there is a survey in the lodge for a platter lift, dated 1992 and stamped with BM lifts livery, it also lists only 5 towers adn the sheave specs looks suspiciously like what a 1960s hall would. I reckon they probably hired BM to shorten the t-bar after they added a proper chairlift on the same slope.
I found this in a frame at Pakenham, not sure if T-E actually made the lift in 1968 or just installed it for Hall.

This video (if the link worked) from 2010 suggests that the 2 leitners were already installed at that time, and the tbar removed

The T-bar seems to have ended partway up the mountain. They once used it for tubing, though that is now the beginner area.
