While I understand that the “puck” terminology is in reference to the size of the footrest, I can’t help thinking playing hockey with a round-cornered triangle would be like playing soccer with a football.
I don’t know if it’s just me but the picture won’t load for me. All I can see is the text. I restarted my computer but it didn’t fix it. Does anybody have the same issue?
One the most deserved lift upgrades… 49 has always had fun terrain, but it’s always been held back by the 20 min frozen slowmo ascent. You were legitimately held back on number of laps, especially if a line ever formed.
Skied this for the first time last year, feels like a totally new mtn.
It’s rare to see 16-sheave combis on high speed quads, honestly. The only other one I can think of that has them is the Outlaw Express on tower 8:

Big Mountain Express at Whitefish has one on the heavy side of tower 17 & Palmer at Timberline has one on the heavy side of tower 15.
