This Doppelmayr quad initially featured Heron-Poma double chairs.
CTEC quad chairs were added in 2008.

    Heres a picture of the lift with its heron poma chairs.

    I have two questions:

    1 – Why did it even have heron poma chairs when it was built by doppelmayr (prior to the conversion to a quad)

    2 – where did the heron poma chairs come from?

    I don’t think this lift runs much. According to Instagram it didn’t open till February this year.

    The Heron Poma chairs came from lift 5 when the high speed quad was installed in 1987

    The towers were built by Go forth Brothers for Land of Oz and were moved and modified when lift 7 was built. The Doppelmayer drive was originally installed on lift 5 in 83 or 84 .
