Originally, this lift went to the top as well and both lifts had a midstation. Finally some sense knocked into these people and converted this one into the beginner only lift!
Does anyone happen to know what year this was changed? I first rode this in 1986 and it only went half way. From the way it looked, I had always wondered if that’s how it was originally set up, so this was interesting to read.

There seem to be a decent clutch in the Midwest. Great Beat, SD just pulled theirs down this spring, though. They’re definitely vanishing.

This is yet another lift where you have to sit on the same side as the line. Extremely slow yeah its’s a great lift for BEGINNERS!
