Are you still sure about that?

Nope, for some reason I had Canyon as a Partek when in fact it is a relocated Riblet.

When I skied Homewood this season (twice), this lift did not operate. According to staff, they said it was due to lack of staff. Not sure if it was due to other issues, but this was in February. Looks like it wasn’t operating when you visited Homewood either.

I also heard lack of staff was crippling them when I was there. Only Madden and OHE were operating with the Ellis runs served by one mini shuttle bus.

When I went madden was the only lift open and I was told that it was closed because they could not get power to the rest of the resort. I was not told of a lack of staff.

Overdue comment in time, though Quail was closed on weekdays for no actual lift operations staff. Also no public facilities at South side after the lodge burned down. Run the bus get people back to North side.

Madden had an onsite generator rented to run on power while the rest of the West Shore and upper mountain were due utility repairs.

It is strange I was there on a Friday during COVID and it was open, it was closed most of the week. It’s actually a really nice lapping lift with some nice groomers.

Due to the very slow speed shown in the video, does this lift have an evacuation drive instead of an APU?
