Yes, I used to all the time, however because the trails are unmarked homeowners trails there is no signage directing you to the lift (at least there wasn’t 4 years ago) and if you miss the turn you’re out of luck.
For anyone wondering this lift runs Weekends and Holiday Weeks. Taking the unmarked turn right on the runout of Boom Run then immediatly turn to the left, keep skiing over a bridge and stay left until you get to the lift.
The name of this lift is “Rivers Edge”

Can I ski down to this lift and ride it when it’s running, even if I’m not a homeowner? I see there are trails down to it.

Is the trail you’re referring to the right turn off of the bottom of Boom Run that doesn’t have any signs on it?

Does anyone know how to access this lift?

The access trail is a right turn off Boom Run. Take the first sharp left turn and then stay left until you reach the lift.

How often does this lift run? Do they allow foot passengers in both directions?

I don’t think they even make them anymore. The Discovery Chair at Panorama is very slow…

Yeah, Discovery is PAINFUL, but I thought it was still an option until COVID.
