There was a lift here called the “Keaton Express” that was there between at least as early as 2000 and was removed in 2008 when Valley View was installed. Any idea what this lift was? I’m assuming a rope tow, since it was a transfer lift from the top of Cyclone to near the top of where Valley View exits now. Their website never mentions a third original tow after Slow Poke and I’m assuming Orient Express, which was removed for Valley View.
Yes it was a rope tow. It took you from Cyclone chair unload across the top to access the area now serviced by Valley View. Also years ago all of the runs were named after Simpsons Characters.
