Why does it run clockwise? The old one ran counterclockwise.

Probably so they can put the maintenance equipment on the side not facing the maze.

The Cumming Family paid for a chakra reading this time. Apparently the local wood spirits’ various vortices also run clockwise.

This will really improve uphill capacity! This was a much needed upgrade!

Interesting that this lift has the Poma-pass sheave walkways, instead of the full-style catwalks that are on Flyer and Eagle. Looks like only Tower 1 on Timberline has the catwalks. Anyone know why this is? Is it preference of mechanics or maybe cost?

Cost. If you look at our Eagle and Flyer, they have catwalks. It must be a significant extra amount. I voted for catwalks.

If POWDR can afford a direct drive, why not catwalks?

Can’t answer that. I just fix ’em. Cost was my guess, but I could be wrong there.

Looks like they put maps on the safety bars. Why doesn’t it have maps in the photos?

They just weren’t added to the chairs right away when they first went on the line.
