This is a sorta unique lift. There were only a few built with that single-mast tension terminal- Midway at Crystal (now Loup Loup) had one, and I think the former Pucci at Meadows did as well, but that’s about it. Second, despite the build date, this has first-gen Arceaux carriers (which I had thought were phased out in ’85 or ’86). Last, I hadn’t seen that compact drive on a North American Poma before (not that that means anything as Peter’s seen way more lifts than I have). It’s not even listed in manuals of that era- typically they would include most of what was built that year. The manual from the old Flyer included tension systems on the Alpha and Delta terminals in addition to the detachable, for example.

In terms of spacing, it appears that this lift is capable of 1800, but that would depend on the line speed of this lift.

Thank you. The website says 7000 pp/hr and I knew that was wrong. Maybe that was all four lifts combined. I’m using the 1800.

Probably. It was most likely intentional. It probably wouldn’t be operating if the tower was out of place like that.
