That’s the snowmaking building, and 9A was added in a relative hurry during the initial load test. They dug the hole, formed it and poured the footer one day, then dropped the tower and anchored the comline the next. Apparently loaded carriers would drop almost to the roof during a stop.

It’s actually 34 towers, not 33. There’s a tower 9A for that combi right before you cross over the powerplant at the base of Coney Glade.

Only the one on the right is a clock. L to R- Summit temperature; Barometric pressure; Summit wind speed; Snowmass time of day. 👍
