This lift services beginner terrain near the Summit Lodge.Top station and the last tower.View down the short lift line.First two towers.Bottom terminal building. The drive motor and bullwheel.View up the line from the base.Counterweight.
This lift is listed as a new install from the lift construction survey I’m referring to. The chair model matches its install year pretty well, along with the terminals and towers.
When I recently rode this lift not too long ago the towers were not red, they were almost like a pastel green color. I’m not sure if they repainted it. This lift was not running last year at all too
Second to last picture. The haul rope isnt riding on the sheave!

Must be because the chairs are taken off and it has less weight on it.

I noticed that and I was like 😳 I thought that it dosen’t look very safe if people were riding that.

There’s a chance this double originally served at Sharp Mountain, a defunct ski area in Pottsville, PA, not far away.
Their Hall t-bar might have come second hand from there as well. This is what I’ve heard from Sharp Mountain old timers.

This lift has been running consistently every day this season. Seems like they put some money into this past off-season.
