There’s no snowmaking I believe on this pod of trails, so I’m wondering how often this runs? I’ve skied here once – this past season – and it was open but the terrain was sketchy….

This year it opened the last week end of January it runs 4 days a week the weekend and Wednesday Thursday if the snow gets crappy they close it this year it ran into April but most years it’s lucky to make March on a good year maybe 60 days and that’s probly high

This year (January 2026), Wilderness is scheduled to be closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays while Timberline is scheduled to be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

With ample snowpack, Wilderness is a fun area, especially the trees. The lift line gets pretty steep after the mid station.
