From skitheeasts comment in the Snow Park Gondola page back in November 2023, so it may be outdated at this point.
“It seems as though Deer Valley has cleared its last major hurdle for the Snow Park redevelopment, and this gondola is now estimated to be built in 2028. I am not sure how many summers it will take to build.”
If DV wanted to, they can build the top terminal and parts of the 2nd stage now, then replacing Silver Lake altogether as a phased approach alongside the redevelopment timeline. I also heard a rumor and believe that Carpenter will be replaced with a six-pack during the redevelopment but I could be wrong.

Deer Valley delayed everything related to the Snow Park redevelopment in 2025. The construction window shifted from 2025-30 to ~2028-33 (subject to further adjustments). Using the ~3-year delay as a reference point, that would put the new gondola construction year at ~2031.

I’m hoping Crown Point replacement, Northern Light to Bald lift, and Big Dutch infill get built sooner rather than later. These three would be huge connector lifts, and make the navigation much better around the expanded resort.
South Peak also has some amazing terrain, but It will probably be 5-7 years before we see them focus on that, as it serves a small portion of DV guests and DV won’t need more terrain for years to come.

The snow park base area redevelopment with the transit center and employee housing would be nice at least.
