This platter services the beginner area at the base of the mountain.
Unlike some Poma platters, it is fixed grip rather than detachable.

    The Unit Management Plan has this lift being replaced by a fixed grip quad that will extend to the 90 degree turn on the Lower Sunway trail. The Lower Sunway and Bear Cub trails would be significantly widened into one big trail like the Snowshed Slope at Killington.

    This lift originally dates to 1955. It has been in five locations.
