Anyone know the state of the lease for this ski area? Back in 2018 the state put out and RFP for a 25-year lease. However, once that process played out the existing operator ended renewing for a shorter term lease (3 or 5 years?). This ski area needs some investment – and particularly a higher capacity chairlift. But it’s not likely without a long term lease.
