Buzzsaw – Searchmont, ON

This lift was built over two years during the Covid-19 pandemic when Searchmont closed due to restrictions at the nearby US-Canada border.
The lift replaced a Poma platter along a modified and longer alignment.

    You can tell this used to be a platter because of how flat the line is.

    Actually this is servicing a brand new ski area and it wasn’t replacing anything. Logged and cleared and new lift installed between 2020 and 2022.
