Catskinner Express – Whistler Blackcomb, BC

This Doppelmayr detachble quad was relocated from Emerald on Whistler (background) and rebuilt in 2018.
The top terminal houses the drive and is located next to Peak 2 Peak tower 4.
The top station and last tower next to Blackcomb Gondola Upper.

    Were the Yan towers scrapped?

      yes. Per aussierob the lift received all new towers.

    All of the terminal legs are also brand new because the old legs were reused from the Yan detachable that the Emerald Quad replaced.

    I think the uphill capacity on this lift is actually 2,800 pph, not 2,400. Teddy’s video of this lift shows six second spacing between chairs.
