Chair 4 – Mt. Baldy, CA

Despite its name, Chair 4 is actually the oldest of four Mueller doubles at Mt. Baldy.
The bottom terminal with drive and tensioning.
Drive unit.
View up the lift line from behind the bottom bullwheel.
The first tower looks like a Stadeli to me. The rest are Mueller lattice style.
Tower with added lifting frame.
Looking up the middle part of the line.
Upper line.
A depression tower.
A tall tower near the summit.
Bail-style chair with the Pacific in the background.
Fixed bullwheel up top.
Unload overview.
The top station with namesake Mt. Baldy in the background.

The seats on this lift are so painful to sit on that I bring a stadium cushion when I ski it.
