on these lifts where the guts of the lift are open to the weather, how much harder is that to maintain as far as keeping the water from doing engine component damage?
I’d have to think it’s more weatherproof than it looks. I also think there has to be more water intrusion than I would personally like in my machines, but that type of lift has been running for a while without too many issues.
Upper lift shack looks like it might of burned down.

Possibly the former Tahoe lift (1st iteration) at Seven Springs, PA? 1972 if so.
