I’m wrong. Several sites say it was 1993. I do know it probably came from several places. Chair stems were actually new upon relocation. It’s still a mystery where all the parts came from. The drive terminal may help narrow it down
I came across this site randomly. When they took the Copper Chair Lift down in 2024 you could buy the chairs. It’s funny because, I own #29 that’s in some of the pictures.

Are the old counterweight cables splayed out around the end of the hydraulic ram in pic 11?

No. They would have been removed. Those are the hoses connecting the tension pump unit to the cylinder.

This lift was relocated from another ski area in 1992, hence the vault drive and older design. It probably ran in Washington or Oregon
