From my mild guestimating, it seems like Towers 2 and 3 were completely reused. T2 has a new footer though.
Tower 6 tube was reused but the head is new and has a small extension
I also think that this was always the plan. The lower building has beams that perfectly contour the new gondola station, that weren’t changed from the old lift. Buy the cheaper fixed chondola to start then get the better lift once you are successful, a la Glenwood Caverns. Glass floors were likely a small upsell from LPOA

There’s also likely more reused towers for sure but those three were the only ones I could identify easily enough from the pictures
