This is the former High Noon lift from Vail in an awesome new home. The bottom terminal was upgraded with hydraulic tensioning.View up from the base.Steep lower section.Top fixed drive and unload ramp.Relatively flat upper section of the lift.Middle lift line view.View up toward the summit.View down the line.First few towers.Integrated depression sheaves at the bottom.Doppelmayr tower head.View back down the line.Breakover towers.Another view from the lift.T19.Operator house and motor room.Another view of the top terminal.
Peter, this lift appears to have been renamed just to “Glory” instead of Glory Ridge. Both the trail map and lift status show the recent change. Not really a big deal, as nobody really called it Glory Ridge anyway.
