The vault drive for prances still exists today. If you get off comet express and go towards blitzen, you will see the abandoned vault drive that for some reason they didn’t get rid of when the rest of the lift got removed.

I took a picture of it last night:

They could probably use a lift in that area. Re-align Blitzen and replace the latter with a HSQ would be great, especially for lines at the Comet 6 pack. But I am guessing that won’t happen anytime soon with the expansion plans that will require two more lifts, along with a Santa realignment and a bunch of new parking and lodges

Some good info (and a few inaccuracies) here
The first T-Bar was opened in 1937 and ran off a Ford V8

Two more T-Bars and a rope tow opened in 1965

1969 – Double chairlift, eventually renamed Prancer, opened. Its bullwheel is still at the top of the mountain though the lift itself was removed in 2015. In 1969, there was 1 lift, 1 t bar, and 4 tow ropes

1976 – new lift, Dancer, replaced by Comet 6 pack in 2003

The website gets Cupid Quad wrong, as Google Earth Pro images show that the Cupid HSQ doesn’t open until 2013-2016
