Probably because the base of Symphony is more sheltered than this one so they can pull the chairs that would be above treeline and put them at the base of Symphony outside without issues. Harmony is also a lot newer and has (more expensive) 6 person chairs, both of which might be a factor.
Are the chairs parked nightly?

I believe that they remain on the rope like all the other plants.

I think they only come off the line during severe inclement weather.

Why does this lift have a parking barn, but Symphony doesn’t , especially when symphony is the one mostly in the windy area and above tree line

Also harmony is usually windy so it’s shut down on a windy day so they need to put the chairs somewhere instead of have them sway on the line.
