I’d wouldn’t be to worried sometime chairs just fall off like at 49 degrees north or like at heavenly they’ll most likely inspect it before they re run it to the public
If a lift is properly maintained chairs don’t “just fall off” and it almost never happens on newer lifts, but I agree one incident is unlikely to result in the lift being removed.

The original #2 chair was relocated to this location. Great steep terrain and mostly out of the way from skier traffic.
