Does anyone know if this lift being removed? Loon has removed it from the mountain report altogether. For some reason the count still says x/10 lifts, but there are only 9 listed now with Little Sister missing. I wouldn’t be surprised if it is since it rarely ran, and even when it did I think it was only for tubing, and the new Seven Brothers Express was just built directly next to it.

I get the impression they’ve converted it into a Tubing only lift, since it is removed it from the snow report. I assume they’ll keep it for the Tubing. Just my speculation though.

I found LS in the reports on the website, mobile website and app. It says, “Snow Tubing Guests Only”. This season it’s open Friday-Sunday and Holiday weeks 2:00-8:45. We might see the lift removed sometime in the future if tubing is moved to the South Peak base closer to town. A new trail made from the combination of Springboard and Little Sister would make a nice addition to the 7 Brothers trail pod.

I dimly recall hearing that it is here to stay last summer.

I was there yesterday and people were lining up at the lift for tubing around 2pm as SCH says above.

Have beginner lessons moved entirely to the West Basin base? And I assume much of that will go to this future South Peak area. If ski school is concentrated elsewhere on the mountain, I can see there’s not much use to this lift or its associated trail, with the way theyre so isolated.
