Standard Riblet motor room from the early 70s through the early 80s. Originally they came with six legs and a side-pull counterweight; looks like they added the diagonal struts when they added the hydraulic tensioning.
I rode it exactly once sometime in January, but I think the bad snow coverage just kept it closed most of the year. Even that day only one of the runs was open on that side. They usually close this lift for late season when crowds are lower regardless.
What’s up with this drive terminal design. I have never seen one like this before.

It looks like they plopped a Riblet motor room on top of a Poma (now LPA) Alpha.

Apparently it´s quite common. Go look at any 1970´s Riblet and you will probably find this.

Does anyone know why this lift hasn’t run yet this year as of Feb 11.

I think this lift might run during the 2024 Christmas break.
