I personally love the light blue paint scheme that Taos, Loveland, Revelstoke and Whitewater seem to be going for. it makes the Alpha terminal seem more modern and new.
The new Lift 7, which is under construction now, will be like this. It is confirmed by TSV resort as being a Fixed-Grip triple chairlift; the same type as the Pioneers lift installed in 2023 in the beginners area.
they are still using the 2nd generation Omega chairs for triples and some doubles. All quads have the 3rd generation ones

The Alpha terminal is cool but it is an older model. Don’t know if Leitner-Poma have plans to make a new fixed grip terminal any time soon.

Nothing wrong with it being old. It’s a design that has stood the test of time very well over the past 40 years.

Not to mention it has been updated on the inside several times.
