It looks like the original chairs and grips were replaced, photos from other sites show Type 6 grips on this lift. This may have been the last Yan quad with type 6 grips, I believe Loveland operates the last Yan with Type 6 grips. Regarding the sheaves, I’m not sure if the sheave assemblies themselves had issues but most Yan lifts in general have had their combination assemblies replaced. Regardless, it’s great to see late model Yan lifts still operating.
What an absolute unit of a lift. Cool sheaves, wonder about how reliable they are though, given it is a late-era Yan.
