Ruby was the only Poma-family lift at Keystone until 2018.Double-stack Omega drive station up top.Looking up at the top terminal from below.View down an empty lift line.Middle part of the line.Return station and depression tower 1.Bottom station and lift line.Leaving the return.Tower 5.Middle part of the lift line.Upper lift line.Another view of the top station.
The new Montezuma was a Leitner-Poma, and the top photo states “This was the only Poma-Family lift at Keystone until 2018”, which was when the Montezuma express was built. Montezuma is a Leitner Poma, so Ruby is still the only TRUE Poma on the Mountain. Oliver is correct
The Ruby Express, Santiago Express and Outback Express lifts, when built, all had exactly the same stats as far as tower and chair numbers: 19 towers and 100 chairs each. That’s still true of the Ruby Express and Santiago Express lifts. But the Outback Express received an additional 24 chairs for the 2014-2015 season (which they achieved by moving some chairs off the Dercum Mountain high speed quads).
The original lift was named for the General Teller Mine, located under Independence Mountain, one of many mining claims that Keystone used for chairlift and trail names (Saint’s John, Ida Belle, Wild Irishman, Erickson, the Montezuma Express, etc.)
update the top caption new montezuma is leitner poma

Ruby was built before the completed merger of Leitner and Poma in North America. So it is a Poma.👍
