What year did this lift get it’s new Yan bottom terminal at Whistler?

September 1979 the Olive Chair was modified from Murray Latta to a Yan Typical. The bullwheel remained ML.

Yan also kept all the M-L sheaves on the bottom terminal

Most likely. When I rode it the season before it was removed I sorta recall a typical M-L terminal.

Anybody knows the replacement timeline for this lift? Their 2019 Master Plan Addendum shows replacing it with a FGQ on the Raven alignment in 2027-2029 with a midstation for beginners, but with the Raven quad on that alignment it will probably stay in place for a little longer and when it’s time, they will probably consider a triple or quad as a replacement.

On the spreadsheets of Whistler and Silver King you say that the Olive Chair have been retired from Whistler in 1996 and reinstalled here in 1994. Are you sure that this is the former Olive Chair ? Could it be the Blue Chair, at Whistler, retired from Whistler n 1994 according to the Spreadsheet ?

Silverking is the former Olive. It was installed at Whitewater in 1993.

They just have to make a green run connecter from the Raven Chair and then they can close it.

The Ymir Skiway acts like a connector, but it’s blue cause it’s icy and narrow with a lot of switchbacks.
