Silvertip – Yellowstone Club, MT

Silvertip was the fourth lift built as part of the Eglise Rock expansion, opening at the beginning of 2020.
The top terminal is located next to a similar lift called Great Bear.
Line gauge is wider than a typical detachable quad for wind resistance purposes.
Upper part of the lift line.
Looking up the line.
Tower 9.
There is one hold down tower, number 10.
The bottom terminal.
View up from the bottom terminal.
Loading area and operator house.
Small maintenance rail.
The first two towers both have combination assemblies.
Leaving the bottom station.
View back down the line.
Unloading area.
Another view of the return terminal.
Unlike some lifts at Yellowstone Club which alternate regular chairs, this lift is all bubbled.
Breakover towers 16 and 17.

Does this lift have heated seats? Also is the line gauge the same for a six pack or slightly narrower?

Thought there was a reason this lift has six-pack line gauge.

      It’s wider for wind resistance.

So essentially they made it wider so that the chairs could swing more and not hit the towers. Wow!
