I would think the Competition chairs were part of the lift’s reinstallation as the Eskimo lift in 1990, given that Zephyr Express had Competition chairs.
Original build was ’83, so most likely Type 3 grips. I haven’t found any photos of the lift when it was the Zephyr so not sure of the carriers. Could have been either given the year.
Which lift at winter park was this?

Eskimo. Before that it was Zephyr.

When did the Competition chairs come? With the relocation to Jackson Hole? Or the relocation from the Zephyr line to the Eskimo lift?

Are there any old chairs left?

If you hear of any, if there are more than one, I’d love to have one as well. I basically learned to ski on the Eskimo at Winter Park.

I wonder if this lift originally had type6 grips and they replaced the grips with Leitner poma ones and the chairs may have been plastic

Does anyone know if this lift was relocated after this? I know it was 2 of Winter Park’s lifts but was wondering if it is something else now.

It went to Pine Creek in Cokeville, Wyoming. It has not been installed, however.

Did this lift have lifting frames when it was at winter park?

Yes. The ones currently on the crossarms are original Yan construction.
