This is a very small ski area, essentially operated as a homeowner amenity by the enormous Tahoe Donner homeowners’ association. Although it’s open to the public and lift tickets are relatively cheap, it’s hard to imagine anyone not already living or staying in Tahoe Donner going out of their way to spend a day here.
