TGV – Tremblant, QC

The TGV quad is a play on words, a nod to the high speed trains in France. The lift can go up to 1,100 feet per minute.

When the fire happened in 2014, they had to replace the motor, and since it was an unscheduled retrofit, they could only use what was immediately available. The new motor can’t spin the lift as fast as the original, so the top speed is now only 1000 feet per minute.
