Alpine Training Venue – Killington, VT

This lift was relocated from Snowdon Mountain to service a more secluded race venue on Ramshead Mountain in 2018.

Some components such as this tower were sourced from Stratton, which removed its SMS Poma the same year this one was relocated.

    I rode this lift today. Although it is technically reserved for racers only, the liftie let me on with no issue. I’m glad I got to ride such a historic lift!

    Looks like some of the tower heads/sheave assemblies came from the old Mountain Poma at Burke Mountain
