    I can’t tell what is Partek and what is Borvig because the bullwheels don’t have the ring on them that Parteks do but the terminal structure itself looks Partek.
    There is also some kind of support below the bullwheel on the drive that looks Borvig, It might just be a new motor room.

      Looks to me like an old 80s Borvig that was retrofitted upon reinstallation with a Partek drive, keeping the old Borvig bullwheel, as a Partek one may not have worked with the old grips/hangers.

      In fact its not a partek its a CTEC fixed grip

    You can throw a little Hall into the mix as well. The original Hall foundations and tower bottoms remain.
