Will the quad at Cape Smokey be re-used at all in any way? It’s still a 1990 BM lifts quad, that has the potential to be re-used in some way.

Back in 2013/2014 they thought they were getting close to operating the quad again, but looks like it never happened.

Regarding the Selwyn Snow Resort fire, from what I can see, their New-Chum Poma Double looks to far damaged to be re-used in any way. The top motor room appears to be burnt-out, and the chairs look quite fire ravaged. I’m not sure about their Doppelmayr triple, or any of the t-bars, but I would assume they have severe damage also. It will be interesting to see what they do to re-build their lift system.
