It’s also really obnoxious how NIMBYish people are over Snow King’s expansion.

Why are people so NIMBY against Snow King’s expansion? Do you want your town to make more money or have a bunch of old triples?
I think locals may not want it but in this case skier flow is more important then protecting some power junkies secret stashes.

From the article, it’s less about powder stashes and nostalgia, and more about conservation. The proposed expansion would impact important raptor habitat and winter habitat for elk.
