It won’t be the first North American lift to live on in the Middle East.
Sunshine Village’s original VonRoll Gondola now lives on in Tehran, Iran. Same with parts of the old Yan detachables of Lake Louise and Silver Star.

Another Von Roll VR 101 got relocated from the USA, years ago the Bronx Zoo Skyride got relocated to Columbia. Still operates to this day. Very robust detachables
