Teton County, Wyoming criticizing a private business for “creating more jobs without providing additional housing” is maybe the height of all ironies. This coming from a government that may be the global champion of preventing housing construction. Also, the resort is effectively in Idaho. Kinda seems like they might not be rooting for its success.

Has anyone noticed that searching with nothing in the search bar doesn’t really work to find new posts anymore? It used to be that if you pressed search with nothing in the search bar it would put the newest posts in, and it was useful to see whether or not peter had put a new lift onto the database. Now it seems to be stuck around the late march period.

Perhaps an additional bullet in the Friday news post with links to the new/updated lift pages? It’s not like Peter isn’t busy… 🤣

The majority of the Sunrise Gondola towers are now up. They’re still working on excavation for the terminals.
There are tower heads sitting in the parking lot along with some of the new gondola cabins.
All that remains of the Sunrise Double is its top terminal and some chairs.
