I still dont understand how that girl died on the lift in Qubec. The way I understand it, her hood got caught when trying to unload, and the lift did not stop until she was halfway around the bullwheel. Then they put the lift in reverse to get her off, but waited until she was at the bottom terminal take get her off? Why not just get her off at the unloading ramp?
