That Sipapu expansion would be a game changer. Every extra foot of elevation really matters there for snowfall and retention, and having that large beginner complex above ~9400 feet would be fantastic.
Lone Mountain Land Company has been really active in selling the Moonlight West plots, so I would not be surprised to see the first lift be installed in 2027 or 2028 to be ready for homeowners. It would also make a ton of sense to build the long-delayed Madison Base to Lookout Ridge lift at the same time to improve skier flow with more people skiing down Horseshoe.
